Welcome to Fab Lab Fabric + Quilt — we’re so glad you’re here!
By visiting our website or making a purchase (online or in person), you agree to the following terms. We’ve written these in clear language because we believe in transparency and kindness — not fine print.

1. Using Our Site
Fab Lab Fabric + Quilt (“we,” “us,” or “our”) provides this website for your personal use and enjoyment.
You agree not to use our site for anything unlawful or harmful. You must be at least 18 years old (or have a parent/guardian’s consent) to make a purchase.
We do our best to keep information accurate, but we can’t guarantee that every product description, price, or photo will be perfect — we’re human, and updates happen!
2. Orders + Payments
All prices are listed in U.S. dollars.
Payment is processed securely at checkout, and orders are confirmed once payment is received.
If an item is unavailable after you place an order, we’ll contact you promptly to offer a substitution, refund, or store credit.
We reserve the right to cancel or refuse an order if there’s an issue with payment, shipping address, or product availability.
3. Shipping + Delivery
We ship from our shop in Acton, Massachusetts.
Once your package is with the carrier (USPS, UPS, etc.), delivery timelines are out of our hands — but we’ll always do our best to support you if something goes awry.
Please double-check your address before completing your order; we can’t replace items shipped to an incorrect address entered at checkout.
Local pickup options will be clearly listed at checkout when available.
4. Returns + Refunds
We want you to love what you make! Please see our Refund Policy for details on returns and exchanges for fabric, notions, and classes.
(Note: most fabric cuts are final sale, but we’ll always work with you if something isn’t right.)
5. Classes + Events
By registering for a class or event, you agree to our Class Policies, which cover attendance, cancellations, and our zero-tolerance policy for discrimination or harassment of any kind.
We reserve the right to remove anyone creating an unsafe or disruptive environment, without refund.
6. Intellectual Property
All content on this website — including photos, designs, product descriptions, and our logo — belongs to Fab Lab Fabric + Quilt unless otherwise stated.
You may share or reference our content for personal use (yay!), but please don’t copy or use it for commercial purposes without permission.
7. Our Commitment + Legal Limits
We do our best to ensure everything we offer is accurate, inspiring, and of great quality.
However, we can’t be held responsible for losses or damages that result from using our site or products. By using our site, you agree that our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the product or service in question.
8. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms of Service from time to time to reflect new policies or legal requirements.
The latest version will always be posted here with the date of revision. Continuing to use our site means you accept any updates.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Massachusetts, USA.
