Fab Lab Fabric + Quilt

$50.00 USD

Sewing is one of the most rewarding skills you can learn!

Join us in the studio for a hands-on beginner class where new sewists (and future quilters, too!) will learn the ins and outs of the magical sewing machine.

Once you get humming, you will choose your own fabric to begin sewing your own adorable finished knot bag that you can proudly tell everyone you made it yourself.

By the end of class, you’ll have the skills, knowledge, and confidence to continue sewing whether at home or in our makerspace.

This is a single, two-hour class session that meets on Sat 6/27, Sat 7/18, or Sat 8/8 from 1:00pm-3:00pm.

Level:

You Will Learn:

  • Threading your machine
  • Winding and installing your bobbin
  • Changing your needle

  • And plenty more essential machine basics

You Will Need:

  • Yourself!
